* We Lonnie-deal 24 nicer homes in our park (
e.g. ~ 1998 3bd/2ba MH's for $ 600/month.) We've proven this
works over the past 36 months. It is easy to put together
deals and make money in mobile homes in our market.
* We are upgrading the park with our nicer, newer homes.
* We advertise every month in the local paper ( Norman Transcript)
and on CraigsList (oklahomacity.craigslist.org) A Lonnie Dealer in
our park can feed off the traffic we generate coming into our park
every month. Of course, you could post your own ads too.
* There was no 'bust' here in Oklahoma. Slaughterville is a
suburb of Norman, OK- one of the nation's most rapidly-growing upper
midddle class neighborhoods. The economy is healthy.
* We have an on-site manager who can collect your rents, post late
notices, and help with minor repairs. I'm here to help as well
by overseeing more major repairs on your home with our crews. |
